promoting this opportunity for students to train as pastors (ministry associates) and lay leaders among all the Red Mesa Christian Reformed Churches
providing a 3 year curriculum to train students in the areas of:
- character (spiritual formation)
- competence (skills for ministry)
- content (knowledge of the Bible and of the Reformed creeds and confessions)
holding two meetings a month where students can encourage one another, study the Word together, and hear a presentation by a gifted local pastor.
sending out well-trained leaders to pastor, lead, and support our churches and to multiply them by evangelism and growth.
The Red Mesa Leadership Development Network will begin its third year of training leaders and pastors August 28, 2010. The curriculum is designed so that a participant may enter the course at the beginning of any year.
